BIO

Erik Tuttle is a multimedia artist, holding a Bachelor's degree with a major in Communication Design, from Emily Carr University of Art & Design. From a young age he has been passionate about creative storytelling, and exploring its application across all art forms, as well as discovering and supporting other aspiring artists. He quickly found a home with film and music, as they can incorporate and bring recognition to all forms of art, as well as bring diverse communities together to share stories and lift each other up.  

 

At this stage in his practice, he is exploring emerging practices such as virtual production, and focusing on maturing as an ethical designer and a human being. He believes self awareness and a healthy emotional philosophy is key to building towards his goals, of questioning the world around us and bringing it closer together through creation. He is always open to collaboration; there is nothing more valuable to an artist than making connections and discovering new creative processes.
